What Do You See? Hear? Feel?

2013-05-31 (Friday) by Mikael Linusson

To really see what's in front of you, right this second, you can't be thinking of anything else. As soon as you think of anything else your awareness diminishes and you stop to see "what is".

If you are not fully in the present moment you miss most of what's going on. To really see you must actively look. To really hear you must focus on listening. To feel the texture of the thing you hold you must really feel it, you can't just hold it.

So "open your eyes", breath deeply a couple of times, then go for a walk and slowly absorb the surroundings and all their beauty. Look. Listen. Feel.

This is now! This is it! Can you see it? Hear it? Feel it? :)
