Adobe Photoshop Misaligned Cursor Position

2014-01-29 (Wednesday) by Mikael Linusson

Quite a few Adobe Photoshop versions have a cursor misalign problem and there seems to be a few different possible solutions out there, but as none of them worked for me I found my own solution.

My config
I had the grid size set to 1 pixel.
I had the grid visible.

The problem:
Photoshop painted a lot of the pixels in the wrong position (below or to the right of the cursors current position), i.e. the things that got painted wasn't aligned with the cursor.

The solution:
I turned off snapping (In the view menu).

That was it. Easy when you know it. :)
